Helping Hand

As her film, Little Chenier, makes the festival rounds, Tamara Braun (ex-Carly) and several of the movie's co-stars are trying to establish a fund-raiser to benefit the victims of Hurricane Rita. "My locales in Louisiana were demolished," Braun shares sadly. "I was watching CNN after Rita hit Lake Charles, which is where I lived for two-and-a-half months, and I could not believe it. I saw friends that we made, the people who took care of us and the townspeople, on CNN talking about the fact that everything they have is gone. My prayers and love are with the people there."
