Star Talk: What fad are you surprised you fell for?

I was enthralled with infomercials. I bought that thing that zaps your abs- that belt. I spent over a hundred bucks on this thing.. One night I was sitting alone and thought, 'I'm going to try this.' You have to rub some jelly on your stomach and then you put the belt on- it zaps the hell out of you! It hurt so bad! I felt like a shock wave went through me, so I turned it off. I was all by myself and started laughing hysterically. I sold it for five bucks at a garage sale."
