How does your first nomination feel? "It feels really good; I'm trilled about it. I know I would've been sadden if I didn't get nominated because I've had such great material and a lot of emotionally exhausting story. It's kind of funny, now that I think about it. I've been literally exhausted lately, but it makes sense; I'm exhausted from working so much, so this nomination is a pay off. It's pretty great."

What do you think about competing against Nancy Lee Grahn? "I'm so excited for Nancy! She's a phenomenal actress and she deserves this nomination"

Are you familiar with the work of the other omen in this category? "Yes, I am. I look at the other women, and they all are such wonderful actors. I feel extremely honored and privileged to be in such a tough category. It's really quite amazing.

What scenes did you submit? "One tape I turned in was from earlier in the year when Carly woke up in bed with Ric. I had a lot of different angels and levels and the story was focused on just the two of us."
